We check each handle for bans, strikes, impersonation reports and ownership history before it enters the catalog.
Full refund if the transfer fails
If we can't complete the transfer of the handle you bought, we refund 100% of the price to your original payment method.
Optional 30-day guarantee
Add it at checkout for 40% of the username price. For 30 days after delivery we cover anything that happens to the username: we restore it or, if that isn't possible, refund its price. Bans of any kind are excluded.
Transparent prices
The price on the page is the price of the username, guided transfer included.
Privacy
We never disclose who bought a handle or what you paid for it.
What the guarantee does not cover
Without the 30-day guarantee, our responsibility ends when the username is delivered. No guarantee covers bans, suspensions or restrictions of any kind decided by a platform — including those caused by what the new owner does after delivery, such as impersonation, spam or trademark misuse.
