Who we are
These terms govern your use of outv.net and any purchase you make from Outv. By placing an order you agree to them.
What we sell
Outv sells usernames that it owns or controls on third-party platforms, together with a guided transfer service. Outv is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Snapchat, Telegram, Twitch, Discord or any other platform.
Your account
You need a verified account to place an order. Every sign-in is protected by a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your password and email account secure and for all activity under your account.
Orders and prices
Prices are fixed and shown in US dollars on each product page. An order is confirmed when payment is received. If an error in a price or listing is discovered before transfer, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Electronic confirmation and signature
At checkout you confirm, by ticking each statement and typing your full name, that you are placing the order yourself, that you are the holder of the payment method, that you are buying the username voluntarily and that you accept these terms. Your typed name is your electronic signature. We keep a tamper-evident record of these confirmations, together with the time, IP address and device used.
Transfer and delivery
After payment, we move the username to the account you designate or hand over the access details of the account that holds it, with the instructions to secure it. Delivery is complete when the username is active on your account or when the access details have been sent to you, whichever comes first. You must provide accurate details and follow the instructions we send you.
Guarantee and refunds
If we cannot complete the transfer, you receive a full refund as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are not available once a transfer has been completed, except where required by law.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with your order, contact us first: we answer every request and refund in the cases described in our Refund Policy. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we will share the records of your order with our payment provider (Whop), the payment processor and your card issuer as evidence, including your identity and contact details, the confirmations and signature given at checkout, IP addresses, device and browser information, timestamps, account and login activity, communications and delivery records. A chargeback filed for an order that was delivered may lead to the suspension of your account and to the recovery of the username.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use the username lawfully and in line with the rules of the platform where it is registered, and not to use it for impersonation, fraud, spam or trademark infringement.
Platform rules
Each platform sets its own rules on account names and may change them at any time. We explain the relevant rules before transfer, but we cannot control decisions a platform takes about an account after delivery.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
