Data we collect
Contact and identity details you give us (such as username, name, email, phone and billing address), order details, the account that will receive a username and messages you send us. When you create an account, sign in or place an order we also record technical data: IP address and approximate location, device and browser information, time zone and language, timestamps, login history and the delivery status of the emails we send you. Payment data is processed by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account, process orders, perform transfers, provide aftercare and answer your messages; to prevent fraud; to prove that an order was placed and delivered, including to defend payment disputes and chargebacks; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations and, for security, fraud prevention and the defence of payment disputes, on the basis of our legitimate interests and of the consent you give at checkout.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run Outv (such as payment, email and hosting providers), under agreements that protect it; with Whop, the payment processor and your card issuer when a payment is disputed; or when required by law.
Retention
We keep order records, checkout confirmations and the related technical data for as long as a payment can be disputed and as required by tax and accounting law (in general at least 24 months after the order), and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order evidence is stored in a tamper-evident log and cannot be altered.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies, including one that remembers your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
